Syed Ali Hasnain Shah is a Chartered Accountant and financial analyst with experience in financial due diligence, financial modelling, operational and financial data analysis, tariff schedules, treasury systems, and training support. His background includes work on DISCO privatization assignments, hydropower tariff petitions, fixed asset verification, and cash and treasury management systems for PESCO. For this assignment, he will support financial diagnostics, training delivery, financial data analysis, action plan refinement, and development of practical tools for utility companies.
